When A Voice For All Paws first saw Luna's photos, they couldn't wait to start helping her. They immediately stepped up to bring her to safety. To their surprise, when they emailed the shelter to let them know they were coming to get her out - the reply was "her sister is here too, can you save both?" Without hesitation, the answer was "yes"! But sadly, her sister's eyes had both already ruptured and were even worse shape.
The sisters were immediately taken to the hospital to determine the best course of action. Please keep both of these precious girls in your thoughts today as she goes through this journey. We will keep everyone updated on the choices made about her treatment. If you're able to donate as well, it would be greatly appreciated. Any and all donations are WONDERFUL.

There's not much to say about Luna & Lilah other than the fact that they are HURTING. Really hurting. At only 6 weeks old, these 2 little sisters have suffered some severe kind of trauma or infection that has left not one, but both of her eyes incredibly damaged. Lilah will be having surgery to remove both of her eyes on Tuesday 05/26. We are hoping to save Luna's eyes, but we won't know until the re-evaluate them after the last few days of meds.
